In the early 1990′s, Greenspan introduced the unique concept of pre-constructed Barns with a loft above and as a result our CEDARSPAN™ designs have become the most versatile part of our range. The high pitch roof option allows good airflow and a loft which can be used for storage. The size of cabins range from one room to a four bedroom with living areas.
Timber framed construction and available with western red cedar cladding (which is naturally resistant to termite and fungal attack), the buildings have good thermal properties, being warm in winter and cool in summer. Western red cedar windows or colonial aluminum windows are prebuilt into the panels to achieve the style which suits. The western red cedar cladding is already fixed to the panels. All bolt holes are pre-drilled and the buildings require very little skill to erect – just place the panels and bolt them together.
